**Fitter and Turner** to join the team at an
**FMCG supplier** in the
**Western Cape**.

Look forward to being an equipment guru who ensures everything runs like a dream. We want you to be like a machine psychic, foreseeing any potential hiccups and fixing them before they even become a problem.

You’ll be behind continuous improvement, tracking and analysing machine breakdown trends, using some fancy maintenance system mojo to motivate equipment upgrades. If you’re into ad hoc projects, you’ll have some fun optimising the whole process flow

Safety is key and you’ll be the guardian of food and health safety

You’ll also be the go-to coach, sharing your knowledge with and guiding Apprentices.

And guess what? We want you to train and coach the operators, too. SOPs and work instructions will be your thing to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Do you thrive in a factory environment and keep on your toes during high-speed continuous operations? This will be right up your alley

We want you to have some serious expertise in the following, too: regulations and laws (OSH Act, GMP, Food Safety); pneumatics and maintenance system skills; as well as fault finding and root cause analysis. Checked all the boxes? Great stuff
