**RCL FOODS **is looking for a well spoken energetic, harworking individual to join their sales team. The individual must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure that they meet the customers demand for bread

Role: Handles customer orders by telephone, by mail or personal call. Has technical knowledge relative to company's products (bread). Intimately understands customers order cycle, products, order quantities and pricing

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibities**

Create internal sales order for buffer stock

Capture internal sales order into excel control sheet

Capture internal sales order onto JDE

**Daily Order processing**

Contact customer and sales staff for sales order

Capture sales order into excel control sheet

Process order onto system

Ensure sales oredr from customer to system is accurate

**Track Orders**

Receive status enquiry

Monitor/check order status

Resolve issues

Notify production and dispatch of sudden changes to sales orders

Adhere to timelines for communicating orders to production/dispatch

**Customer Service**

Ensure polite and professional customer interaction

Customer queries to be dealt with timeously and efficiently, including telephone interactions

**General Processing**

Maintain system master data(ricing and discounts and order sheet)

Daily review and reconciliation of all orders

**KPA'S**

Sales data recorded timeously and accurately

Daily review and recociliation of all orders

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Education**:
NQF level 4/5, Matric

**Skills**

Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.

Good Numeracy.

**Experience**:
2 years related experience in an administrative / sales environment

JDE or ERP system advantageous

Proficient in MS Excel

**General**

Expected to work weekends and public holidays

Strong communication skills

Good telephone manner

Previous experience of sales office advantageous
