A great mining company in Limpopo is seeking the expertise of a Learning Programs Supervisor to join their team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing and supervising all the student within various learning programmes (In -service Training, Internship/Graduates, Exchange Programme, external Bursars & Scholarship) reporting into the structure.
- Coordinating and facilitating the recruitment process to onboard students within various learning programmes.
- Coordinating the development of student program with Line Management to set the expectation and milestones.
- Conducting performance and technical progress reviews to measure the performance of the students on various programmes in line with set KPI and student program.
- Maintaining and updating the systems and tools as part of the Quality Management System within Learning Programs to maintain compliance for all the students onsite.
- Liaising with Institutions of higher learning and other mining houses regarding initiative that involves student program and placement.
- Drafting service level agreements and MOU with different stakeholders (Universities, Schools, and other mining houses).
- Compiling information for statutory reports and departmental reports.
- Preparing and organising documents/evidence for Audit purposes.
- Overseeing the well-being of all the students and ensure all are supported in line with Company EWP.
- Monitoring the cash flow on a monthly basis to ensure no overspend or under spent on allocated budget to support the student programs.
- Coordinating all SETA student verification with the SDF and validate all documentation required by the SETA prior submission.
- Carrying out 2.9.2 Legal Appointment for the Learning Centre and Technical Offices.
- Overseeing all the administration of learning (SETA registrations, SAP, TAs and PDPs) and handle all queries relating to Learning Programs Opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- National Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Human Resources
- 5 - 10 years of experience in a mining environment
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a supervisor
