Construction Foreman

Specialised Construction/Maintenance Fuel Industry - Construction foreman.

- Strong command of **Health and Safety** and working on fuel service stations
- must have **experience or be qualified in Permit to Work System** for the Fuel Companies.
- First Aid & Fighting Certification advantages.
- Working at Heights and Fall Arrest Certification.
- Highly organized, exceptional leader skills

**Key Performance Area but not limited to the following**:

- Setting out of building, sewer/ water/plumbing, paving site works related to the project.
- Must be experienced in building and roofing and have a very high standard with finishing detail and quality of workmanship. I.E.
PAINTING,TILING,PLASTER WORK, CONCRETE FORM WORK, BRICK WORK, PLUMBING, STEEL STRUCTURAL WORK, WELDING, PAVING, CEILINGS, CARPENTRY
- Organize/Manage labour and plant daily to achieve production
- Ordering of material in advance and checking of stock levels
- Keep to a tight construction program
- Problem solving and decision making skills of a high degree
- Must have traceable references and be honest and reliable.
- A Proactive Attitude and high degree of pride in work required.
- Good Communication Skills a must and display strong leadership skills.
- Previous FOREMAN experience in Finishing, General Construction, Residential Developments and fuel industry - retail construction is essential.

Pay: R12 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
