**About the Internship**:
InvesTong Group is offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Intern to join our team. This internship provides a hands-on learning experience for individuals who have recently completed an Information Technology degree at NQF level 7. No prior work experience is necessary; we are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for IT and a desire to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
- Support IT projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Help with software installations, updates, and configurations.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving basic IT issues.
- Assist in documenting IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Contribute to IT-related research and analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on various IT initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed degree in Information Technology or related field at NQF level 7.

- Basic understanding of IT concepts and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
