**Qualifications/Certification, and abilities**:

- Grade 12 Certificate
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of refrigeration and electrical
- Knowledge of hand tools of high importance
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical fitness is compulsory and ability to lift heavy equipment
- Be able to follow through on instruction
- Positive Attitude and willingness to grow with company
- Reliable Transportation

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in Installation and Maintenance alongside Lead Technicians
- Must have the willingness and show in intuitive in this industry
- Conduct Routine Inspection of Refrigeration Equipment to Identify Issues or Malfunction alongside Lead Technician
- Report findings to Lead Technician
- Assist in managing inventory of refrigeration parts and supplies. Maintain records of parts used and replaced.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Neat and meticulous
- Accurate data entry
