We are looking for a vibrant account manager to manage of our client's portfolio to ensure that their marketing and branding goals and objectives are achieved. You will be the main point of contact and will be responsible for building a strong client relationship. This position will be based on our client's premises in Pretoria. The appointment for this position is project term.

**Responsibilities**:
Understand client's goals and objectives
Provide strategic guidance and support
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meets clients requirements
Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities that drive revenue through upselling and cross selling
Keeps up regular communication both internally and externally of project status
Ensures that billings are processed on time each month
Works within contracted budgeted costs
Qualification and experience
Five plus years’ work experience. Two years in branding and design
Relevant, tertiary marketing qualification
Demonstrates excellent knowledge of core production and design technicalities
Demonstrates a good understanding of brand strategy
Demonstrates an understanding of the client’s business and brands

**Skills required**:
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills
Deadline driven
Able to work under pressure
Well organised
Detailed oriented
Able to drive status reports
