- Effective and safe conveyance of employees, material, equipment to the underground operation
- Effective risk management and compliance with the DMR, M&RC and client requirments
- Cost containment

- Effective self-management and alignment with M&RC values and leadership initiatives
- Compliance with SHEQ, M&RC and client standards, policies and procedures

**Minimum requirements**- Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
- Valid Onsetters Certificate of competency
- Basic Riggning Certificate
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Sound verbal and written skills in English
- 2 years experience in an underground mining enviroment
- Logistics experience preferred
- Knowledge of processes followed in a sinking shaft
- Medically fit to work underground
