**Job Tittle :Spa ManagerDirect Reports : The Managing DirectorOffice Location: Centurion/IreneResponsibilities**- Overseeing spa services/direct spa services
- Ordering spa equipment/ensuring its proper functioning
- Ensuring an excellent spa and guest experience
- Recording daily cash flow/perform accounting duties/Makesure end of day banking and reports balances. Generating financial statements and sales reports
- Collaborating with internal and external parties
- Answering customer inquiries
- Appraising employee performance/assess employee performance. Schedule guest appointments
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies
- Coordinate facility schedules
- Maintain client databases
- Maintaining spa industry knowledge
- Adjusting the spa packages attract midweek business
- Ensuring client service and property standards are maintained
- Hire employees and verify staff credentials with the assistance of HR department. Ensure compliance with applicable health regulations and hygiene standards
- Preparing staff and facility schedules/coordinate programs
- Introducing staff training programs
- Building relationships with local businesses
- Enforce company policies. Running promotional campaigns to drive revenue.

**Qualifications**- Matric certificate
- Diploma in beauty and massage therapy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R27,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
