**The Opportunity**:

- Source top talent for legal recruitment roles in North America
- Handle administrative tasks including calendar management, data entry, and CRM updates
- Assist with social media management and scheduling

**Qualifications**:
You are:

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of remote recruitment experience (US/Canada preferred)
- Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing
- Degree or equivalent work experience
- Tech-savvy with reliable equipment (Core i3 processor, 4GB RAM or higher)
- Stable internet connection (3mbps or higher)
- Noise-cancelling headset

**Compensation**: 4-6$ USD /hour depending on experience

**Hours of work**: 9am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday (flexible for your local holidays and time off)

**# of hours per week**: starting: 15-20 hrs, moving to full time after a few successful placements.
