Our client in the Phoenix Industrial Park area has an exciting position for a Distributor Sales Manager

**Brief Description**

The position of Distributor Sales Executive at our client is a dynamic and results-driven role responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong customer relationships. Focusing on the away from home businesses, Distributors, Cleaning companies, Wholesalers, Buying Consortiums, Universities etc. Keeping abreast with market trends.

**Tasks**
- Identify and target potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our products or services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs, and on the technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.

- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
- Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and k,submit orders for processing.
- Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
- Continually update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the market.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings and identify new opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks and generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Marketing Diploma or Sales Diploma will be considered.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and negotiate with customers.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills to showcase product features and benefits.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and customer relationship management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

The Distributor Sales Executive reports to the Sales Manager or Director and collaborates closely with the sales team, marketing teams, and customer service teams.
