Social Media Specialist

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and live streaming
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
- Monitor and analyze metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with other teams, such as customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective social media presence.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
- Strong writing and editing skills, as well as an eye for visual design
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of the target audience, marketing and advertising concepts.
- Experience with online advertising, specifically on social media platforms
