QA Analyst

**QA Analyst - Fully Remote Position**

**Purpose**

**Responsibilities**
- Testing Financial Applications: Ensure all systems function as expected
- Test Automation: Build and maintain automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Security Testing: Perform penetration tests and ensure the system is secure from threats.
- Integration Testing: Test third-party systems such as fraud detection tools and banking APIs.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Work closely with product managers to ensure the product meets business needs before release.
- Bug Reporting and Tracking: Log and track defects, ensuring swift resolution in collaboration with the development team.
- Performance Testing: Conduct load testing to ensure the platform can handle high transaction volumes efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.
- Collaboration: Work alongside developers and product teams to ensure quality at every stage of the development process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in fintech.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards like PCI-DSS and GDPR.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, and JMeter.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail and a focus on security and compliance.
