VBO Global is currently in pursuit of a passionate PPC Specialist. This individual will use their expertise to design, build, and execute on digital advertising campaigns that meet organizational goals and objectives. The role of the PPC Specialist involves managing internet pay-per-click advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for ensuring these campaigns are optimized, leading to increased traffic to the advertiser’s website and, ultimately, higher conversion rates. Ultimately bringing in leads for the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and monitor PPC campaigns across a range of platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and others.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword analysis to determine the most effective and relevant keywords to target. This requires understanding the nuances of the business, products, services, and target audience.
- Ad Creation: Design and write compelling ad copy to achieve high click-through rates (CTR) and conversions. Regularly A/B test ad variations to find the most effective messages.
- Work closely with a Designer who would create display ads.
- Budget Management: Allocate and adjust budgets for campaigns to ensure optimal use of funds. Monitors spend to make sure it aligns with monthly, quarterly, or yearly budgets.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. Identify trends, insights, and areas of opportunity.
- Optimization: Continually refine campaigns based on data and insights to enhance performance. This could involve adjusting bids, improving ad copy, or tweaking targeting settings.
- Landing Page Testing: Work closely with web developers and designers to optimize landing pages to ensure high conversion rates. This might involve A/B testing different designs or copy.
- Stay Updated: Maintain an understanding of the latest PPC and SEM trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies current and competitive.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing and sales departments to create a cohesive digital strategy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certifications - Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Apps, Measurement.
- Google AdWords Certification (Search, Display and Video) / Google Analytics 4.
- Detail-oriented: Ability to identify minute details and make data-driven decisions.
- Analytical: Must have a penchant for numbers and be able to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Creative: Ability to craft compelling ad messages and think outside the box.
- Proactive: Continuously seeks opportunities to optimize and improve campaign performance.
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across various platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Social Media reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with A/B testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
