E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Coordinator

My client is a global organization providing brand and product solutions to retail & digital channels across 70 countries worldwide. The
**Sales and Marketing Coordinator** will be reporting directly to the E-Commerce Director, who is based in Ireland, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams in 7 different countries around the world.

Hybrid working: Tuesday - Thursday at office in
**Montague Gardens**, Mondays and Fridays remote.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or other related
- 2+ years relevant professional experience highly beneficial
- Working knowledge of E-Commerce / PIM
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

Soft Skills:

- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Analytical with strong numeracy skills.
- Able to work under pressure and under tight time constraints, coordinating and executing multiple projects and campaigns in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: R15 000 basic slightly negotiable

Responsibilities will include:
PIM Project and PIM Support
- Provide day-to-day support to the PIM owner for loading and managing product data during the ‘internationalization’ project
- Support the processes and systems to leverage multiple inbound sources of product information and maintain quality control
- Identify, prioritize, and manage the brand product information alongside brand and sales teams
- Creates, reviews, and approves product master change requests to ensure accuracy of data attributes
- Ensure complete and accurate product data is collected from all departments and shared with the PIM owner

eCommerce Co-ordination
- Work with marketing leaders to procure necessary documents, images, and information for new and existing eCommerce accounts
- Create new collections and pages as requested by the key account managers to support new product launches or current product updates across all eCommerce accounts
- Work with other members of the team to resolve content issues; make sure the information is consistent and accurate on items shown online
- Ability to manage site evaluation, back-office site set-up, and daily site management of eCommerce accounts
- Ensure that the online presence is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding our products, brands or after sales service issues
- To coordinate with warehouses for stock movement, product requirements and specific supply chain requirements
- Working with 3P logistics providers for fulfillment services
- Daily monitoring of retailer accounts health and metrics, proactively alert team for issues
- Communicate with all other departments to consistently build efficient processes, as well as to improve the customer experience
