**RCL FOODS** is currently searching for a **Rebate Controller for a Fixed Term Contract** to join the **Vector Logistics** team in Bedfordview. The Rebate Controller will be entrusted to effectively submit Rebate invoices/credit notes & statements to all Principals, in order to collect the outstanding values by due dates, capture journals, manage and clear rebates related to Debtors

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Capturing journals.

Creating Tax Invoices.

Submitting monthly statements.

Resolving queries/issues on accounts.

Adhoc duties.

**Minimum Requirements**:
1 - 2 years relevant experience in a Rebate environment.

Relevant SAP experience Knowledge & Experience with Rebate principles.

Rebate business processes and practice.

Rebate methodologies.

Rebates experience working on Shoprite accounts will be an advantage.

Advanced MS Excel experience.

Managing/clearing all rebate related Debtors accounts.

Monthly rebate reports.

Cashflow forecasts.

Creating and finalizing of workflows.

Age Analysis - Monitoring of financial health of Rebate Accounts.
