Boxroom Controller

**Head office**

**Reporting to: Shift Managers and** Assistant Control room Managers**

The above position is vacant at Head office reporting to the Assistant Control room Managers

The overall purpose of this position is basic control room duties including Managing of staff.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Grade C PSIRA (SOB) registered and accredited, with traceable references
- Own reliable transport.
- Fire Fighting trained.
- First Aid trained.
- Computer Literacy in MS Office, CCTV, etc
- Strong organizational skills, as well as good interpersonal communication and liaison skills are essential.
- Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required (Strong ability to work shifts - 3 dayshift, 3 nightshift, 3 days off).
- Work independently and within a team.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in the security industry Control room
- Fluent in English
- No criminal record
- Must be reliable and trustworthy

- Managing of the control room personnel in all aspects of the control room
- Updating the incident register on a daily basis as well
- Able to exercise and maintain discipline.
