**Basic Functions**:
To work closely with clients at community level, The Human Rights Supervisor and the Human Rights Advocacy Officer, other partner sub recipients’ organization and the PASPWA outreach Team in Human Rights Violation Case finding, document, report and refer cases for further interventions.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Anti
- Stigma & Discrimination Campaigns, Community Dialogues, and Promotion of Legal Literacy and Addressing Structural Barriers towards accessibility to healthcare services;
- Strengthening HIV related Legal Support services, contribution towards improving Laws, Regulations and Policies regarding TG people;
- Support, Case finding, broaden referral networks and strengthen related support;
- Capacity building;
- Effective, Accurate Information Documentation, Data capturing and Timeous Reporting.

**Job requirements**:
**Education**:

- Grade 12;
- 2 years Certificate in Youth Development related field is required.

**Experience Required**:

- One (1) year of relevant experience working in an NGO or organization that deals with human rights advocacy.
- Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relations with other relevant stakeholders.
- Experiencing of working in a gender diverse environment, Human Rights and Activism.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:

- Be able to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to advocate the matter at hand.
- Time management, conflict management, problem-solving skill, probing skills, approachable, ability to delegate and follow up, networking ability, team player and ability to multitask.
- Effective communication within a multi-disciplinary team comprising of nurses, medical officers, community health workers and peer educators.
- Build sound relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Be expected to travel to various communities as and when required.
