PURPOSE
- The main purpose of the Scheme Risk and Administration Manager is twofold: Risk Management and the Administration of the Members for the TCIB Scheme. Risk Management Drive sustainable business value for an organisation and the TCIB Scheme by managing the strategic and operational elements of the Risk Management functions:
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Business Continuity Management (BCM) Member Administration
- To ensure that the Risk and Compliance Officer implements an effective compliance framework and processes and complies with all applicable laws and binding regulations specifically to
- The TCIB Scheme Constitution
- TCIB Rulebook
- SADC Banking Association
- SADC PSOC requirements

You will engage with the following stakeholders:

- TCIB Participant Forum
- Relevant TCIB Forum Sub-committees
- SADC Regulators and PSOC (Payment System Oversight Committee)
- Scheme Stakeholders (SADC BA, SADC RTGS etc.)
