Assessor/moderator Position

We have a vacancy for a person to fulfil a managers role as an Assesor/Moderator within a Training Academy, located onsite in Secunda, Mpumalanga.

**Duties**:

- Liaison with senior management about student development and related issues.
- Implementation of National Qualifications Framework and South-African Qualifications Authority standards.
- Development of Quality Management Systems for Technical Skills Training.
- Manage all the training programs.
- Assessor and or Moderate assessments and develop assessment tools and offer advisory on the relevant training chosen by leaner.
- Conduct assessment of the student.
- Compiling and marking all the trade test assessments.
- Ensuring safety requirements are in place and are adhere to rules and regulations.
- Ensuring that all leaners adhere to all the company rules and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Interpersonal skills
- Self-starter
- Experience: 1-2 years as a Assessor/moderator
- To be prepared to perform overtime

**Salary**: R210 340/annum

Pay: R210 340,00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Secunda, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Assesor/Moderator: 1 year (preferred)
