**Requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate
- 1 years+ experience of outreach and community mobilization is required or similar.
- Certified Community Outreach Worker certificate is required.

**Job functions**
- Develop and implement an outreach plan that involves community awareness campaigns.
- Conduct door to door outreach visits to identify and engage with our target population.
- Assist in the mobilization of community members for support groups, community forums and sensitization campaigns within communities.
- Attend regular staff meetings, monthly Debriefings, trainings, and other meetings as required and ensure regular personal development and supervision.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the line manager highlighting individual performance, progress against targets and client needs and outcomes of assistance provided.
- Provide support to caseworker in the follow up and tracking of individual cases and updating the status accordingly.
