Spare Parts Salesman

The primary responsibility will be to provide aftersales spare parts and upgrades support to our clients and to identify and provide the correct replacement spares for the EQUALIZER range of products.

**Qualification requirements**:

- National Diploma in Marketing or similar
- 2-3 years experience in aftersales preferably in the agricultural environment
- 2-3 years Warehouse/Logistics experience
- Good computer skills and experience with an ERP system

Aftersales Parts Manager

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Able to assist clients/dealerships on online catalogue where necessary.
- Assist in handling customer/dealer complaints.
- Communicating effectively with different departments regarding readiness/delivery of parts.
- Create accurate quotations and sales orders in ERP system.
- Ensure that deadlines are met.
- Follow up on shortages and expedite where necessary.
- Handling warranty queries.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide customer feedback to design office and production.
- Provide technical advice where applicable.
- Should be knowledgeable of parts.
- Treat all customers and co-workers fairly and with dignity.

**Salary**:

- Market related
- 13th Cheque

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brackenfell, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
