Office Receptionist

We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for our office.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and visitors with positive, helpful attitude
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
- Announcing clients as necessary
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Preparing meeting.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying taking notes etc
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleques with administrative tasks.
- Perfoming ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Answering, forwarding and screening phone calls.
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Perfoming other clerical tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Maintaining office supplies, records, and correspondence.
- Receiving deliveries.
**Requirements**:
Grade 12
Prior experience as receptionist or related field.
Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel proficient.
Able to work independently.
Consistent professional dress manner.
**Salary**: R7 500,00 - R10 000,00 per month
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (preferred)
