- Maintaining Standards of Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental Impact
- Cost Control
- Deliver Multiple on-going Projects, to the Specified Quality, the Required Programme and to the Maximum Commercial Performance
- Ensure the Commercial Performance of the Contract is maximised
