**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of a wide variety of biscuits and other bakery products.
- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
- Monitor baking processes and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular checks on baking supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and handling special requests.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in a bakery, kitchen, or similar food preparation environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of baking techniques and principles.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or education is a plus.
