Job description - **Fraud and Risk Analyst**

We have an amazing new job opportunity for a Risk Analyst to join our Team in the fast paced and exciting culture in the iGaming industry

Checking game play, withdrawal requests, and customer due diligence will take up the most of your workday. You will be tasked with gathering background data and conducting data analysis in order to create and deliver high-quality risk analyses on client behaviour. Also, you will have to be customer-focused to give all players a great client experience by handling disputes over payments and complaints.

Perform risk assessment of new/current players throughout their customer journey and generated by the current Risk framework.

Evaluate, review and approve KYC documents sent in by players and use your expertise to establish affordability and legal funding when handling documents such as source of wealth and/or source of funds to mitigate AML risks or proceeds of crime

Ensure that all tasks performed are in line with the set processes and procedures related to anti-money laundering and KYC flows

This position will be based on a hybrid-work model depending on business requirements.

**Skills, Qualifications and Requirements**
- Degree or diploma in a business or similar relevant field
- Experience in iGaming will be advantageous
- Strong ability to build relationships with colleagues and external parties
- Self-starter who can manage their own time and communicate when they need assistance
- Great Project Management Skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fourways, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
