Administration Assistant/pa

**Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum Matric
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum 4 years of administration experience
- Minimum 1 year of warehousing and stores experience
- Computer literate - knowledge of complete Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Contactable references

**Responsibilities**:

- Picking and packing of stock
- Dispatching (Book courier and complete waybills)
- Physical receiving of goods (checking and packing away)
- Filing
- Complete picking list of orders
- Weekly stock counts
- Stock (housekeeping) of the shelves and the packing of the stock
- General housekeeping in the office and bakery
- Assist with admin duties
- General admin and assistant duties required by the owner.
- Reception skills

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: R300.00 - R400.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hout Bay, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 5 years (required)
