Your main function is to deliver customer service to parts buyers in a way that is informative, productive and efficient. Your knowledge of the parts you sell is what makes you special and your quality of service you deliver, will ensure your customers returning to you and not going somewhere else.

**Requirements**:

- Previous working experience of at least 2 years in a franchise dealership parts department - SPECIFIC BRAND EXPERIENCE is required
- Minimum matric qualification - preferred, but not a must have.
- Strong admin skills and excellent computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Clear criminal record
- No judgements on credit record
- Driver's license required
- RSA citizen
- Must have contactable references
- Must be able to work on Saturdays.
- Kerridge / Automate / Evolve working experience is a MUST
