**TENDER ADMINISTRATOR-ELECTRICAL**

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

The purpose of a Tender Administrator-Electrical is to manage and facilitate the tender process for electrical projects. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the tender process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines and regulations **.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

❑ Search for all possible tenders and quotations (all Media)

❑ Print Tenders and quotations.

❑ Compile tender documents packs.

❑ Coordinate tender compilation and submission.

❑ Collect tenders.

❑ Record new request for quotes.

❑ Record new orders.

❑ Registration tender databases

❑ Prepare reports. o Tenders o Orders

**REQUIREMENTS**

❑ Preferably - National Diploma in Administration or Similar

❑ Minimum two years’ experience

❑ Proficiency in MS Office

❑ Proficiency in search engines

❑ Driver’s License
