**JOB PURPOSE**:
- To provide IR support across the business.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in labour relations consultation HR Compliance Consultation in a call centre environment.
- Providing advice to the company on labour related matters and communicating any legal amendments.
- Proven experience and knowledge in workplace legislation, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
- Administration related to HR legislative compliance, e.g. Workmans Compensation (IODs and ROEs), Department of Labour (Employment Audits, UIF queries), Skills Development (SETA registration and interaction), Employment Equity (registration).
- Drafting and issuing of warnings, suspensions and notice to hearings.
- Conducting company investigations related to IR matters.
- Chairing misconduct disciplinary matters.
- Chairing incapacity (poor work performance/ill health) enquiries.
- Chairing grievance hearings.
- Facilitating staff IR training when required.
- Developing and updating of employment contracts and related documents.
- Drafting of company policies and procedures and being the custodian of all company policies and procedures.
- Facilitating retrenchments and workplace restructuring processes from start to finish.
- Attending CCMA Conciliation and Arbitration matters, preparation of evidence, witnesses and legal arguments.
- Drafting of notices CCMA notices or motion, rescission, condonation and opposing arguments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite especially Excel, Word, Outlook andTeams.
- Preparing month end IR reporting
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:
- South African employment related legislations, i.e. BCEA, EEA, SDA, LRA.
- Matric plus Degree in labour relations management//Human Resource Management// Bcomm Law or LLB //HR related Bachelor of Commerce

- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Basic counselling skills
- Business acumen.
- Excellent organisational, planning and time-management skills.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure.

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Structured and detail orientated.
