Dromex Globale (PTY)Ltd is looking for A Trims Stores Manager that is available immediately to join our team.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the Trims Department
- Ensure trims are ready on time in full for Production.
- Monthly Stock Takes.
- Liase with Suppliers.
- Promote positive working relationships with your team and suppliers.
- Implement lean manufacturing processes and continuous process improvement.
- Always adhere to the relevant health and safety rules and regulations.
- Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operation efficiency.
- General Ad-Hoc duties.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent English (verbal and written) and IsiZulu (highly beneficial) communications, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and have good negotiation skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Must be analytical, efficient and pay attention to detail. This encompasses having a logical mind when it comes to production planning and stock ordering.
- Good decision-making skills and response to high pressure situations.
- Excellent problem solving, leadership and customer service skills.
- Grade 12(matric) or Recognition of prior learning.
- 3-5 Years of experience in a similar position within the Factory environment, preferably FMCG.

**Experience**:

- FMCG: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English and Isizulu (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Hammarsdale, KwaZulu-Natal (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Hammarsdale, KwaZulu-Natal: Relocate before starting work (required)
