**CAREER OPPORTUNITY**

**Job Title: Fleet Administrator (R10 000 - R12 000, Live In)**

Remuneration: To be discussed in the interview

**Purpose of the job**:

- To ensure the efficient and smooth running of vehicle/fleet management across our two lodges, full administration thereof, assisting supervisors and fellow colleagues with queries.

**Requirements**:

- 2 Years’ Experience as an administrator - Hospitality Industry advantageous.
- Experience of Fleet Management preferably in the Hospitality industry
- Competent and professional with telephonic communication with clients/suppliers.
- Valid Driver’s license code 8 and/or 10 with valid Pdp.
- Relevant experience and certification on vehicle mechanics and fleet management advantageous
- Management of online systems.
- Excellent Organizational skills.
- Understand vehicle-specific regulations, licensing and registration requirements and processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of vehicles, insurance and regulatory filings and reporting.
- Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that supports fleet availability requirements.
- Enforce safety compliance on use of the fleet.
- Computer literate and an ability to use MS packages, e.g., Word, Excel etc.
- The ability to work well in a team.
- Consult with HODs in certain departments on vehicle inspections, arrangements of service, repairs etc.
- Prepare all orders and place orders where required.
- Responsible for daily invoice payment preparation, invoice tracking, and all follow-ups.
- Provide assistance to all outside contractors as needed to ensure swift repairs.
- Excellent communication skills.
