**Job description/responsibilities**:
- To track foreign orders and shipments and raise costs on SYSPRO.
- Track foreign orders and shipments and raise costs in SYSPRO.
- Log new PO on foreign register spreadsheet.
- Update ROE and PO’s as soon as BOL is available, so that GRN’s are done at the correct ROE.
- Liaise with Clearing House once shipment clears through SA Customs.
- Prepare payment for Customs VAT and Clearing Charges to Clearing House. Shipping documentation.
- Clearing of goods.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Be a team player and show initiative to help others wherever / whenever required.
- Ability to multi-task
**Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
**Qualifications**: Grade 12 (Matric). Diploma or higher in Logistics or equivalent.
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the FMCG industry.
**Skills**:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good business acumen for problem solving.
- Computer literacy and ERP System proficiency as well as a good understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Foreign supplier knowledge will be an advantage.
- Experience in liaison with Shipping Lines and Freight Forwarders
- Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
- Analysis and judgment.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel essential) and SYSPRO.
- Must have 3 years’ experience using SYSPRO.
