Our client is an established upmarket auto-electrical and mechanical workshop, and they are looking for a well-spoken, fully bilingual person to manage their breakdown centre. You will be responsible for taking detailed breakdown responses and arranging Technicians, Tow trucks or third-party suppliers to make a call out. You will need to be organised, and have good knowledge of the Western Cape and it is ESSENTIAL that you have previous experience in a similar capacity.

**Job Requirements**
At least 2 years of experience in a commercial vehicle breakdown centre

Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette

Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)

Good knowledge of the Western Cape Roads and areas

A stable work history
