**Our Student Finance Administrator duties are**:

- Maintenance of Student accounts on New FileMakerPro and ensuring that monthly statements are correct and are sent to students on time.
- Quick and precise allocation of Student Fees and unallocated monies from Bank statements.
- Give clear and helpful feedback to queries regarding student accounts, whether externally to students or internally to colleagues.
- Processing of Student Refunds with accurate calculations and clear reasons for why the refund is requested so that a director can sign it off with a full understanding of the facts.
- Actively pursuing extensions with pro-active communication to students to encourage them to complete their studies. This is reported daily in terms of numbers, as well as cash value to the business
- Managing cancellations, and ensuring the student is fully canceled on the student accounts as well as on the student management system. This needs to be reported on to the business in terms of numbers, reasons as well as cash loss to the business.
- Processing vendor documents for companies that want to pay for training for their staff
- Working with the developers to ensure the student management/ accounts system is working and helping to upgrade it.
- Updating Collections Google Sheet Update timeously.
- Manage all debit order functions on Real Pay.
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Tertiary Qualification (Advantageous)
- Accounting/Finance background will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- The drive to improve the collections rate
