- 3 Year office experience
- Computer literate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Driver’s License
- Office hours: Monday
- Friday, 08:00-16:30
- Medical Aid Assistance (assist with all medical aid authorizations and claims
- Reception assistance
- Data capturing (updating and filing patient medical records)
- Stock transfers (Imports and exports)

The Location:
MED-EL office is based in Panorama Healthcare Centre, Cape Town

How do You apply?

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Plattekloof, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical Aid: 3 years (required)
