**Job Summary**
The Receptionist will operate a telephone system to answer incoming calls; directs callers to appropriate personnel; completes a variety of administrative duties
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years relevant administrative experience
- At least 1-year receptionist experience
- Preferably Matric
- Computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Read, write and speak English and Afrikaans
- Must be presentable
**Duties / Responsibilities**
- Attend to customers at reception.
- Update personal detail and staff register of all staff.
- General Administration, filing, scanning, typing of documents.
- Managing diaries of all key people leaving premises, i.e. Operations Director, HR Executive
- Manage Petty Cash
- Receive and send E- Mail orders.
- Attend to queries as directed by Senior Management
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned by Senior Management
- Filing as required
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must be able to work in a team as well as independently
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Professional
**Preference will be given to Females in the Southern Suburbs Areas.**
