SALES REPRESENTATIVE

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Meeting set sale targets maintain and grow customer base

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Matric Certificate
- Relevant Sales/Marketing diploma will be an advantage
- A minimum of 15 years’ Petrochemical experience is preferred
- Valid Driver’s licence is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
- Must be able to actively negotiate and communicate with all customers
- Sound knowledge of South African Petrochemical industry is preferred
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work under pressure

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure optimal growth by providing excellent customer service
- Client queries are responded to timeously.
- Written (typed) quotations are provided to customers.
- Customers are visited on a regular basis.
- Frequent calling on customers (visits)
- Assist tender pricing when in office
- Analyse customer needs by reporting on calls made to customers and submit to the CEO on a weekly basis
- Assist customer with technical info, brochure and installation procedures
- Uphold the company’s code of ethics

**Salary**: Negotiable

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottery, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
