Warehouse Manager

**Salary**:R 240 000.00 per annum

**Experience**
The successful incumbent must have at least five (5) years' experience as warehouse manager within the irrigation sector.

**Formal qualifications**
- Valid driving license code 08
- Own transport
- A valid medical certificate certifying the incumbents fitness status to work
- Competency with Microsoft (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access and Project)
- Matric or equivalent NQF level
- A valid forklift licence

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising daily activities (including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity, shipping and customer service)
- The supervision of the receipt of parts from America, dispatch and storage of goods
- Reviewing the workflow and space requirements, equipment layout and action plans of the warehouse
- Managing warehouse staff, vehicles and other equipment
- Overseeing security operations
- Ensuring the maintenance of company assets
- Implementing and enforcing operational policies and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Maintaining documentation and accurate record keeping of warehouse activities
- Keeping up with inventory and inventory controls
