**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**: Oversee and manage the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment. Conduct regular stock takes, update inventory records, and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- **Procurement and Supply Chain**: Coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment, liaising with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery times. Manage the receipt of goods, checking for quality and accuracy against orders.
- **Store Organization**: Maintain an organized and efficient store. Implement storage solutions that optimize space utilization and ensure easy access to materials and tools.
- **Logistics Support**: Coordinate the dispatch of materials and equipment to job sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to support operational needs.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of inventory, procurements, deliveries, and dispatches. Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure materials and equipment meet quality standards. Manage returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Uphold safety standards within the warehouse, ensuring a safe working environment. Comply with regulatory requirements related to storage and handling of materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Storeman or in a similar inventory management role, preferably in a maintenance, construction, or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers and supporting team members.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and proficiency in database software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Understanding of safety regulations and storage requirements for various materials and equipment.
- Ability to physically handle materials and stock as required.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
