As a
**Warehouse Supervisor**, you will be responsible for the safe and effective day-to-day operations of the warehouse ensuring a customer-focused supply service. You will be responsible for warehouse security and efficient implementation of agreed activities and initiatives; to optimise use of resources to achieve accurate and timely despatch, receiving, and management of stock.

You will work autonomously and will conduct general warehouse duties, such as loading and unloading and receipting and stacking goods. You will be responsible for accurate, on-time delivery of products from the warehouse in conformance with the relevant sales order/delivery advice.

You will have high attention to detail and be responsible for checking items leaving the premises are packaged correctly & securely for transportation, and proactively expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery. You will ensure housekeeping is maintained including equipment and racking.

Overall, you can lead and assist in the warehouse, can do on-the-job training, liaise with transport companies to organize transport availability and loading details, and ensure delivery schedules and customer commitments are maintained. You will ensure Timely and accurate receipt of inbound deliveries including putaway.

**Key Technical Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse environment
- Current Forklift Licence
- Understanding of OHS and Environmental legislation as they relate to warehousing and logistics operations
