Freelance Facilitators

Occupational-directed Facilitators, Assessors and moderators needed

CHPC is looking for experienced QCTO Assessors and moderators for occupational qualifications.
The facilitator and assessor for the Learnership will be responsible for overseeing all learning interventions related to the qualification.
The main purpose of the role is to plan, develop and manage all assessments within the QCTO Qualification and requirements.
- Conducts training facilitation and assessments
- Ensure quality control of learning facilitation and assessment
- Monitor the implementation and maintenance of internal quality management systems
- Ensure all assessment principles are followed
- Must be able to evaluate and make transparent and fair judgments
- Perform additional tasks as and when required
- Assist to develop new training material
- Ensure that the learning material is valid
- Adhere to the training schedule
- Conduct work-based assessments and internal verification in line with QCTO, SAQA, NQF, and ETD standards.
- Develop appropriate work-based assessment materials, resources and learning aids.
- Provide guidance and instructions to training assistants in the smooth running of training facilities.

We are currently looking for constituent assessors, moderators, and facilitators for the following QCTO qualifications:

- 91782 Occupational Certificate: Plumber Level 4
- 93627 Occupational Certificate: Bricklayer Level 4
- 94100 Occupational Certificate: Welder Level 3
- 97585 Occupational Certificate: Millwright Level 4
- 94021 Occupational Certificate: Mechanical Fitter Level 4
- 94022 Occupational Certificate: Carpenter Level 4

**Requirements and Experience**:

- Relevant qualification
- Must be a Registered Constituent Assessor and Moderator
- At least 3 years experience in Facilitating, Assessing and Moderating
