Established Plastic Extrusion Business making irrigation piping seeks a Telesales Clerk. Must speak Afrikaans as you will be speaking to the farming community. SAP working knowledge and 3+ years’ experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Customer service - processing orders, handling all correspondence, selling products/services, processing goods returned, handling customer queries, etc
- General assistance - counting stock, assisting in the warehouse, etc

Education and Experience
- Grade 12
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
- Excellent telephonic skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- SAP working knowledge
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment
- Preferred skills
- Experience with irrigation products Key Competencies

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08h00-17h00, and Friday 08h00-16h00.
