Work with customers via collaboration tools to solve highly complex technical issues.
Engage in cross technology collaborations to help solve issues in heterogeneous network environments.
Contribute to knowledge base and troubleshooting guides.
Train junior engineers and work as a team
Deploy and support Cisco ISE, Aruba CPPM, ACS, switches and routers within LAN/WAN and DMZ.
Work closely with the Network Architecture and Engineering Team to review AAA designs and project goals
Validate the impact of configuration changes on network behaviour and performance prior to deployment
Document design implementations and process for Operations hand-over.
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:
Solid experience in deployment of Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass products.
Must have at least one or combination of CCNP, CCDP, Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP)
Have solid experience working with large enterprise deployments of advanced AAA infrastructure
Minimum 5 years network planning and design experience
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
**ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:
Experience of implementation and support of Aruba TACACS, wireless and Cisco Firepower VPN are advantageous
ITIL process knowledge and work experience.
AGILE Project Management knowledge
German language proficiency
**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE**:
Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering (Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent Experience.
5+ years of related experience.
Your experience includes direct customer support.
Good technical foundation in networking (CCNA equivalent level or above) is required.
**Good knowledge of CISCO Security products**: Identity Service Engine (ISE), Basic Routing and Switching, Radius, EAP and TACACS.

Other technology or product knowledge, experience or certifications in the following areas are a plus: routing, switching, wireless, programming skills (Python, Java, Linux).
**Preference for Cisco Certification**: CCNP R&S, CCNA Security, CCNP Security, or CCIE security.
Experience in designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, and debugging networks (direct customer support experience).
