**Human Resources Business Partner**
Rosslyn - Pretoria
Our client within the automotive manufacturing industry requires a HRBP to focus on Plant Management Support, Manning Requirements, Recruitment, IR, Performance Management, Skills Analysis, Succession Planning, Talent Pool and Training.
**Key Performance Areas**:
- Co-ordinate labour budget for Plants
- Co-ordinate the Company Manpower planning
- Co-ordinate the Company Recruitment practices
- Co-ordinate Personnel administration
- Co-ordinate HR Administration
- Facilitate Induction process and Exit Interviews.
- Performance Appraisals.
- Facilitate IR Matters (Disciplinaries and Grievances).
- Death and Disability administration
- Facilitate and assess training as per company requirements
- HR related projects
- CSR activities
- Update company training records as per company requirement
- Provide feedback to Management on all functions
- HR related audits
- Succession planning
- Benchmarking and best practice implementation
**Knowledge required**:
- Advanced knowledge of legislation: BCEA and Employment Equity, BBBEE, LRA and skills development
- Manpower planning principles
- Recruitment and selection methods
- Performance Management
- Conducting of Disciplinary and grievance hearings, Handling CCMA and DRC referrals
- Training and development, needs analysis, planning and implementation (facilitation)
- HR Management software (VIP)
- Employee wellness
**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:
- B Degree in Human Resources
- Advanced MS Office
- Sage People 300 (Job Management, Personnel Management, EE, Performance Management)
- 5 years' experience as a Business Partner in a Manufacturing environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R34,000.00 - R38,000.00 per month
