Solar Electrician

**_Job description:_**
- As a Solar Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems in residential and commercial properties. _

**_Requirements:_**
- _ Wiremans License_
- _ 3+ years of AC experience_
- _ Must have solar experience_

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- _ Leading the installation of Solar PV projects according to the provided design, following and enforcing applicable HR codes and company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety_
- _ All work is to follow manufacturers plans, contractors plans, and warranties as well as local and state building regulations. All work must be performed in a safe manner, meeting OSHA and other safety regulations_
- _ Completing post-project documentation, including DC quality checklists, in-progress and final photos, labeling_
- _ Ensure that there is adequate materials and equipment to safely and efficiently complete projects_
- _ To generate and maintain all required documents, inspection, and test records (documented and/or electronic files)_
- _ Filling daily progress reports and make them available online for the Project Manager_
- _ Maintaining and inspecting test equipment including periodic calibration checks_
- _ Drive responsibly, you will be held accountable for the fines issued to a vehicle allocated to you. Each fine will be deducted as received from your salary_
- _ Responsible for all equipment issued to them from the company_
- _ Checking on progress of installers regularly throughout the installation to ensure the installation process is being performed as per engineering pack and construction timelines; Follow Construction Job Flow Procedures_
- _ Maintain housekeeping at work location (site, office, and company vehicle)_
- _ Maintain excellent lines of communication_
- _ Provide constructive feedback to management_
- _ Report roadworthiness and future dated services of the company vehicle issued to you_
- _ Record accurate worked hours and stand down and communicate to the HR manager. Ensure accuracy of your own as well as your teams time sheets_
- _ Complete any additional ad hoc tasks requested by Senior Management_
