Junior Reservationist

A collection of 5* luxury boutique hotels & lodges seeks a Junior Reservationist for a to join their Central Reservations team based in Randpark Ridge.
- Responding to guests / agents with accurate information in a professional and timeous manner.
- Assisting in processing bookings from initial contact, follow up, obtaining of guest details and collection of monies due.
- Process bookings which have been received from Direct Guests, Trade and Online booking channels.
- Liaise and communicate with internal stakeholders effectively.
- Maintain office procedures to ensure that all information is easily retrievable by all staff

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Reservations or other related lodge position at a 4 / 5* lodge
- Experience working on booking systems (PANStrat experience is a bonus)
- Able to work in a small team environment
- Be committed to service excellence
- Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial
