Head of Salesforce Testing

Our Salesforce Business is our largest and most-established business unit, and we have an opportunity for a Head of Salesforce Testing to build and lead our Salesforce testing and QA teams and provide technical and interpersonal leadership to colleagues and customers.

(Please note this is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 in-office days per week)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce testers, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that testing is aligned with project timelines
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
- Monitor and report on testing progress and results, including defect tracking and resolution
- Ensure compliance with industry-standard testing best practices and processes

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven experience in manual and automated testing, and leadership of testing teams
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Provar, or Apex Test Framework

**Highly preferential experience and skills**:

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, functionality, and customizations
- At least 3 years of Salesforce testing expeirence
- Experience with Salesforce testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing
- Experience with Salesforce speciofic testing tools and frameworks such as Copado and AutoRABIT
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, is preferred
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies is preferred
