This luxury residence is set within a Private Game Reserve in the Waterberg region of
Limpopo and offers 5-star deluxe accommodation for discerning travellers. We are looking for a Butler and Head Butler for this world class property:
**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years previous butler experience in a 5-star environment (Essential)*
- Good understanding of 5-star establishments and service levels
- Knowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service in a luxury environment.
- Sound wine knowledge
- Sound knowledge when it comes to dietary requirements / preferences
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for working with people.
**Duties**:

- Provide guest service experience in the Villa, ensuring that high standards are maintained
- Provide full-service functionality to guests.
- Ensure you are present for all mealtimes until guests are finished.
- Be accountable for all service-related stock consumption and stock takes, including servicerelated
items such as cutlery & crockery
- Interact with guests and ensure you collect all personal preferences and relevant information,
using this to tailor make their experience.
- Provide feedback to relevant management on any issues noticed by yourself or the guests
- Well spoken & presented
- Good guest interaction
