Dealership in Mokopane is looking to employ a Warranty Specialist.

**Description: (Automotive / vehicle related warranties)**
- Preform research on warranties concerns. prepare / customize warranty paperwork.
- Review warranty claims, administer and submit warranty approval.
- Monitor repair order completion for authorization as per warranty requirement.
- Assist various departments and fulfill all warranty requirements.
- Monitor all customer inquiries and request on warranty issues.
- Supervise all information, update database and prepare required supporting documents.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance to all warranty specifications.
- Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to distributor and manufacturer requirements.
- Monitor Defective products and withdraw spesific batch of products if required.
- Manage all warranty claim submission, resubmit claims if required.
- Coordinate with account departments and settle all warranty claims.
- Prepare documents for all warranty parts store as per OEM Recommendation.
- Manage and upkeep of a warranty parts store in line with OEM manufacturers specification.
- Maintain records of customer details and warrantor References.

**Qualification and Experience**
- Minimum of Grade 12
- Must have 2+ Years of experience with warranties in the automotive industry.
- Ability to work with minimum direct supervision
- Skilles on various workshop DMS systems.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
